After our previous experiences with other air conditioning companies on Hilton Head, I thought that you would want to know just how much I appreciate the excellent treatment and service which I received the other day.

Your technician was called for a “free second opinion” after I had been told by [a competitor of ours] that our 5 year old primary heat pump system would have to be replaced. Their one hour of investigation had led them to decide that we would need several thousands of dollars to repair the inside and the outside units, and that it was not worth our money. The AirPro technician was able to find the two problems with our system in less than an hour, and quoted us $340.00 to fix them both on the spot. His work was excellent, and our systems were right up and running again.

Thank you for delivering what you promised in your ads. Honesty and quality. We will recommend you to our neighbors if they ever have a problem.
